any idea who Millison thinks I am or what that other name is."

It may be worth mentioning that, unless Malign suffers from the 
wetbrain syndrome he's talked about frequently on the P-list with 
regard to some writers who have been mentioned as favorites of one or 
another of us, he would remember the name that was offered to him, 
along with reasons why some P-listers judged Malign and the previous 
poster to be identical.  If you're curious, look in the archives for 
September '97 or thereabouts and see who was taking the blunt knife 
to M&D and comparing Pynchon to L. Ron Hubbard and complaining about 
Pynchon-L's alleged hagiographic tendencies.

While you're in the archives, take the time to read Malign's posts if 
you'd like a brief crash course in simple-minded, mean-spirited 
insults. (That's right, they're not against the law, and only a Boy 
Scout would object.)  You'll be looking for a good long while before 
you find anything that's not an insult posted by Malign or his 
previous nom de spew.
