Dear Contributors (there might be others than just you three) 
to the thread I kinda started the other day: thanks for your
interesting messages! However, something unexpected happened
after sending that message - let's say that have been obliged 
to dance to Their tunes ever since - so it may take some time
before I can return to yr challenging replies. The message was 
originally a proposal for a conference (still really a draft 
as anybody could see) where I finally talked about something
else - on the spur of the moment decided to forward it now. 
But will be back as soon as have found a loophole!
