Exactly.  Few of us do.  But Venturi is not a part of, nor the father
of, the "deconstructivist" neo-modern revival movement -- he is one of
their most important opponents.  Have you investigated Venturi and
Scott-Brown's work? It is shown (in low-resolution) at their website

But De-con modernism is so yesterday, anyway, isn't it?  Perhaps
Venturi has leap-frogged the field with his most recent work
incorporating electronic signage into civic architecture.  In
particular I'm thinking of the second scheme for the Whitehall Ferry
Terminal (derived from their earlier design for the US pavilion for the
world's fair in Seville), and the VSBA entry in the competition for the
US embassy in Berlin. Both are well represented in the most recent
Stanislaus Von Moos monograph...

Apparently few are getting anything out of this exchange. Should this
be taken offlist?
