True enough, but the lamentable thing is that PoMo (or deconstruction) can
only subvert the law of contradiction by the USE of the law of
contradiction. A hollow victory, a mere victory of sorts.

And the other lamentable thing, which Pynchon as a writer knows well and
feels acutely, is that NOW "the real and only fucking is done on

PoMo is the final bureaucratization of the World. (but it's the only
game in town)
