Red Dawn, far less boring, even if far more offensive.  That kinda world
we're living in, I guess.  Actually liked David Brin's novel (one of my fave
SF authors, esp. Earth, Sundiver, Startide Rising), didn't mind Waterworld,
but combine the two, and, apparently, what we got was Dirtworld ...
