I've been conditioned much better than to say "I'm sure."  You raise good 
questions, but before I respond I'll have to go back to the book.

Central to your questions is an examination of Pokler's relative guilt in 
light of Weissman's domination:  Is it in Pokler's "interest" to make 
Weissman into his master?  Could be....
