I like Max's reading of the "snot soup" dinner.  Coming in a novel 
with the Holocaust at the center, where ghost girls play with dolls 
made with human jewess hair, where the stench of the concentration 
camp ovens can never be never very far away, it seems appropriate 
that Corporate Ghouls would  feed on human flesh.
