Suttree--NP

Hey all--

Betwixt all the verbal partings and shots, I just would like to recommend 
McCarthy's Suttree--the latter part of the novel includes a Slothropian 
journey in a North Carolina forest, a witch's shack, strung out on some what 
I'm guessing is peyote, and chemically-induced, typhoid fever mixed in, 
delirium in a hospital.

Beginning I. Sinclair's "Downriver", which has been compared to GR--anyone 
read it?
