I heard that Pynchon walked into a ROOM once.  Can anyone confirm
this story?  And if so, what type of room was it?  Was it, SQUARE?

Cannot definitely confirm this particular rumor, but I've heard that Pynchon spends
much of his time in rooms of one shape or another.
