Here's one for a long-ago story:

Back in the early 70's I took some acid.  I was about 14 years old.  At some 
point I decided to go to sleep, but such resistance was futile.  Beneath my 
eyelids were more vivid pictures than those open-lid hallucinations.  I'll 
always remember many mind-pictures.  But here's one for this thread:

I dreamt I was in summer camp in Maine next to a big lake.  Somehow an alarm 
sounded and we saw a big missile come across the sky from one horizon to the 
opposite.  I then saw the mushroom cloud.  Next, Judi Garland and Mickey 
Rooney were together singing flying in the sky singing, "Somewhere Over the 
Rainbow."

I shit you not.  It really (in my dream) happened.
