Well, is the baby smiling or is it just gas?  Maybe "Scenter"
given the nature trail view of Peenemunde we've just been given
on the good ship...(come to think of it the mad Gnahb's boat
doesn't have a name, and somehow that's right).
Or British-wise, "Centre", with a close typewriter-slip from C to
V and over the Channel to France and "ventre" - navel - omphalos,
