_On the GOOD(s) Ship, Toiletship..._
The mind "demonstrated" at the beginning of the Toiletship episode is first
said to be German. But we quickly are introduced to "Charles" and then
"Steve," who seem first British and then American respectively. Steve's
betrothed is "Sheilia" thus including them Aussies...
Then we get the Shelia-triggered Buf-falo Bayou Boogie:
"Skeeter turn yer meeter, down."
The sub-sub text of this song (narrator?) launches into an explanation of the
"Ev-rybody" who are invited to sing-along w/ the chorus: "a Toiletship load of
bright hornrimmed [very-homosexual] shoe-pac'd young fellas from Schenectady."
Then the Schenectady-Kids Chorus sing a fighting song against the "Texas
mosquitoes."
So...
At this point we have traveled from WW2 and dem Nazis to da War between the
States...
THEN we get a reference to that unsuspecting Yank left a vitimized of the
Tex-Mex[quito], never knowing he'd been wandering for years with only the mind
of an infant...
Slothrop IS the T-ship. Both leveling-devices. The entire European diaspora
has been here tied to the Nazi mind in a very confusing, but concise, move.
