About that forward that came screaming down... 

How can anyone who stands for Liberty support a "no free speech for people
I don't agree with" platform?  Not buying the book in
important... encouraging others not to buy it, also... teaching ideas that
countervail destructive ones must be done... creation of art, music,
literature that gets your message out is one of the most positive things
that can be done... but boycotting a store that sells a book you don't
agree with is one degree less than burning it... censorship like that is
dangerous... anyone who want to censor something for the good of others
(ironic that it's a facist book) is heading down the same path.  Beware!
