Don't suppose Houllebecq would deny interdependencies. However he'd probably
insist that the "truly elite" in the economic realm are not identical to the
"truly" elite in the sexual. The point is, it's a hot new area of injustice
to talk about, for those interested in such things. Hot in France. I just
only recently even heard of Houellebecq. There are stacks of his newer
book--The Elementary Particles-- at the local Borders.
