Apropros of very little that has been going on with this group lately,
except maybe that Doug M's posting on the Nietzsche essay brought it to
mind, I came across something I found absolutely hilarious.  It seems
that the latest Star Trek industry TV series, "Gene Roddenbury's
Andromeda," has a subspecies of humans called the "Nietzscheans."
According to the blurb on the show they have genetically altered
themselves to be the "ultimate survivors."  They also happen to have
been the ones responsible for the revolution that brought down the
multi-galactic system which sparks Andomeda's quest to bring the worlds
together again.  I'll leave all comments, obvious and otherwise, up to
the group.
