vv: herero leader riruako visits germany

 "germany should recognize the genocide at the namibian herero people as such   
 and pay reparations. the chief leader of the herero, kuaima riruako, has 
 repeated this demand during a germany visit. 'germany has had debates on the  
 holocaust concerning jews, sinti and roma', said riruako in frankfurt. 'the  
 federal government has to face the crimes of colonialization, too'. he declared 
 to bring the case forward to the united nations. a confession to its colonial 
 past would be the 'moral prereqisite' for the permanent seat in the world 
 security council germany wishes to have" (- from an article on page 5 of
