	I read a few days ago that the committee was unable to reach
agreement on the Lit Prize, put it off, and began announcing the others.  
The article said "always on Thursday." It's probably Pynchon they argued
about, eh what?  He needs a blank spot on his mantle to go between the 
GR Pulitzer and Nebula.
