Yes, he's more than an evil nazi at this point, a maverick,
loose cannon, sure, I prefer the adjectives of the text for 
Weissmann/Blicero, see page 666. His power is absolute, he
is the zone's worst specter, yes at this point he is avatar
of the evil gnostic/technological universe, a fabulous
monster transcended to their province, into synthesis and
control.
