If this is an outtake from  _AMERICAN SWASTIKA_ then this is a hearty
recommendation for a really well-done book that ties in to a lot of GR
themes. This Charles Higham is not to be confused with the Charles Higham
who wrote a bunch of really silly "true story" biographies of Hollywood
Stars in the 1980s.
