Resurrecting a venomous p-list debate from a time long ago (early in the
MDMD). You can look it up....
The BIA Chief(Kevin Gover, a Pawnee) also mentioned "...the deliberate
spread of disease...," as referred to in M&D. The earlier flame war
degenerated into one or two folks castigating Buffy Sainte Marie for the
lack of historical proof of the allegations in her songs. Those same folks,
to use a currently-fashionable cliche, equated absence of proof with proof
of absence.
