Colonialism and sexual choice

Howdy
With all due respect to the plight of comfort women everywhere and
everywhen, I wish to note the Strangeness here. Observe that South
Korea is oppressed by Europeans, Americans (and even god help them
Australians).  Who oppresses North Korea? Simple thought experiment:
given a choice, would you live North or South of the parallel?  But
that presumes one would have a choice in the matter, doesn't it...
