Today's "How Many Angels Can Dance on the Head of a Pyn" Quote Award goes to
... drum roll...music, Professor... rj!

"It is not Blicero but
Blicero's **name** which is pervading this post-war autumn."

Clever distinction! And virtually meaningless in this Pynchonian context.

Runner-up Award:

rj, responding to Terrance: "Sounds like bigotry to me."
rj, in a later post: "I've called noone a bigot, mind you, despite
slander to the contrary."

Journalistic note: The defense against slander, or libel, is the truth.

Unless maybe rj means he called "Noone" a bigot, not Terrance, a
**name** and not the person we know from these onscreen texts.
