Yes, it's the same VK. LTI was published in East Germany at the end of the 
forties (Klemperer lived after the war in the GDR), and Victor Klemperers 
"Tagebücher" (Diaries) were published in German(y) four or five years ago, a 
great success, very often celebrated in the media, like Goldhagen but also 
Finkelstein...
