Afrikaans pronunciation

Hello there

I'm finishing up a translation of Andre Brink's "The Rights of Desire" into Greek and have encountered problems regarding the correct pronunciation of several Afrikaans and Dutch words and names, as well as Cape Town place-names. Can anyone help?
