Continue to insult, if you wish, but the fact is that you wrote an 
insightful post, I responded to it as such:  an object lesson in the 
possibility of civil discourse in this forum, which continues with 
this response. I meant what I wrote yesterday:  "Fun theory, well 
worth the trouble of writing down and sharing." This conversation can 
go wherever you want to take it.
