And I was hoping we'd all be playing nice again after
a day off here ... anyway, I will note again that I
annexed Chapter 15 only as it hadn't been accounted
for separately in Keith's initial hostlist.  It's a
short one, ca. 8 pages or so, and, while I don't mind
covering it, not at all, if anybody wants to take a
short sprint around it, I'll try to get my Ch. 14
stuff up as quickly as possible.  Just don't want to
look grabby, is all ...
