Boobs are very often friendly, and it's a well know fact (I lived there too) 
that his police escort/driver had to carry (literally) his passed-out ass 
home from his favorite Southie bar on a regular basis.  Of course the 
drunken part is not what makes him a boob, and that's the REAL problem...
