M&D

I feel sort of silly asking for it, since I haven't contributed anything to
the list so far, but I think it's a good idea to prolong the Lot 49 reading
and start M&D in the middle of September (this also on behalf a few people
who want to take part, but won't make it for Sept 1). I'm really looking
forward to the M&D reading - could anyone roughly estimate what the pace is
going to be, i.e. number of pages per week, that sort of thing?
