you'd like the entire excerpt I posted without all the
pesky reiteration, let me know, would be happy to
remail it to you, or even send along a copy of the
entire essay (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Thurn und Taxis,
W.A.S.T.E., you name it) ...

But when Hollander gets a-annotatin', he's often a
darn sight better'n that J. Kerry Taken-fer-Granted,
sure'n I was born.  Of course, Grant compiled his
companion years before Hollander published his Lot 49
paper, so he didn't have the benefit.  But, thanks to
the miracle of e-mail and my inexplicably
still-functional typing fingers you all do, so ... so,
well, let me know.  Always glad to be of service ...
