Yes, and if you've read "Tlon, Uqbar, Orbis Tertius" (of "Ficciones"),
you'll recall that that short story details the narrator's frustration in
reconciling different editions of an encylclopedia that do or do not include
a description of an imaginary world that may or may not have been fabricated
by a vast conspiracy of writers ...
