   to Their Limits."  The New Yorker, Vol. 75, No. 8
   (August 19, 1999): 76-85.

But illustrated to the point of including entire comic
book stories.  Cole was later also a house cartoonist
for Playboy.  To quote MST3K host Joel Hodgson on
"this thing called 'The Sixties,'" "Sexually
provocative humor wasn't on TV, it was on cocktail
napkins and we liked it that way" ...
