By the way, the August issue of Sight and Sound (Steve
Buscemi cover) comes with a CD of radio play versions
of Casablanca and The Maltese Falcon (originally
broadcast 26 April and 20 September 1943,
respectively).  "Originally broacast as part of the
'Hollywood Playhouse' series these plays covered meny
popular films of the day with memmers of the original
cast repising their film roles in front of a studio
audience," it sez here.  Bogart, Bergman, Astor,
Greenstreet, Lorre ...
