Well there you have it. And let me find a post with what you were
saying:

happen--whether they be good or bad--because of choices we've made

today affect the future far more than they  affect your future."

This is pretty much what I was saying. But from the perspective of
the Advaita Buddhists I've been enjoying lately, there are no
choices. And there are no individual entities. All there is, is
Consciousness. The whole play is programmed.
