By the way, that Fool album (1968) seems still to be
available on CD.  The Fool ... Plus (See For Miles
SEECD 496), released in 1998.  The "plus" refers to
so-called "bonus tracks," presumably.  The See for
Miles website is apparently under reconstruction ...
