Why should that offend you anyway, Thomas? The little brother comment, I
could see, but that up there? I wish I could express to you how heart-felt
those particular remarks are. I was "excited" when I wrote it. It came in a
flash of Pynchonian optimism; it wasn't meant to insult you.
