Seems you want the US to be judged by her intentions and everybody else
by their actions.
Whatever the "stated" or "implied" goals are, it seems to be a fact that
between 3,000 and 20,000 civilian Afghanis have been killed by terror
bombing.
When you are bombed you don't ask whether or not the bombers had a noble
motive. You just ask where the bomb lands.
