Actually, I pale at the prospect of having to choose
among toppings at yr average pizzeria these days ...
but if the List doesn't cough up my apparently too
long (and I even edited out the Bersani & Dutoit
material) response to yr long post of yesterday, I'll
see if I can reconstruct in abbr. form tonight. i
perhaps left out some material, though, that might
have better served both B&D's and my own purposes
there. Though am glad to see a response, thanks ...
