David asks a very good question. The various first-person-plural
points-of-view an author has at his/her disposal include the ROYAL WE, the
ALL-INCLUSIVE WE, and the ALMOST-ALL-INCLUSIVE WE, the last referring to
everyone EXCEPT right thinking people like the author.
