Chapter 25 seems particularly auspicious from a thematic
point of view, a taking stock, if you will, of what has occurred
and what is to come.
Changing topics- I have no doubt that if the play-jap interview
turns out to be legitimate, the majority of skeptics on the
list in due time will be singing its praises. Such is usually the
case with "the crowd."
I am impressed, however, by the courage of those who have
already put it down as either fake or the jabberings of someone
suffering from paranoid delusions or dementia. Listers usually
are not so sanguine about revealing their hopes w/r/t Tom. It
is heartening to see such expressions of fan-dom, or anti-fan-dom
as the case may be.
The caniest 'quote'- if it can be called such given the vagaries of
of translation- to me, was the bit about wanting to wait awhile
to visit ground zero. That, and the comments regarding chemical
attacks in the subway...
That pynch, knows his audience, doesn't he?
