Interestingly, after JFK's assassination, the Dallas Cops found three tramps 
sitting in a boxcar nearby, apparently too well-dressed and well-groomed to 
be 'real' tramps, and whom were subsequently placed under suspicion, and 
became known as the 'Three Bums', the first of whom was a career criminal 
named Chauncey Holt, and whose words upon being hauled in may well have been 
  "Oh, not I"...Steadfastly refusing to speculate any further. Apart from 
saying that another of the Three Bums was Woody Harrelson's father, Charles 
V. Harrison, true fact, follow it up if you don't believe me.
