Good advice.  I found that it didn't really come together to me until about
the third go through.  The first couple of times were more fragmentary,
although highly entertaining and awe-inspiring.  The other trick is to
accept that some loose ends simply will not be tied off - that the book at
some level is about the limits and desirability (or not) of closure.

Anyway, may you all enjoy the festivus of your inclination...  I hope to see
everyone back safe and well in the new year
