Latitudes & Departures

After the speculation... latitudes and departures are surveying terms for the 
calculations used in "closing" a traverse.  That is, the east and norrth 
components of each line in the traverse are computed using trigonometry and 
summed.  If the sum of the latitudes and departures is zero, the traverse is 
"closed," meaning correct.
