dodgy old fraud

Academic fraudster Eric Alan Weinstein was spotted last night in Oxford. I
have no idea what he's doing here - having seen me, he fled before I could
grab him - but you can bet he's not here to buy t-shirts.

Apologies to those of you to whom this means nothing. Mr. Weinstein has in
the past deprived many Pynchon scholars of large sums of money, and likes
to set himself up in universities, masquerading as a bona-fide academic.

Anyone with an interest in Mr. Weinstein's whereabouts and activities can
email me: I shall be keeping my eyes peeled. His appearance in any
university town is a cause for concern.
