NP public executions

A few weeks ago, it was arranged for the survivors of the Oklahoma City
bombing to watch the Timothy McVeigh execution on closed-circuit
television.  At the time, there was some discussion in the media about
public executions.

Apparently, McVeigh himself wants to kick it up a notch and broadcast his 
death nationwide:
