Right, there is no question that BBH provided services. Not
that we should forget it, or excuse it in any way, or stop
looking into it as more information becomes available, but
this is a fact we have known for years, a fact we have known
about BBH, a fact that we have known about many of the major
Industrial, Financial, Technological companies in the USA
and in other Nations that sent men and women to die at war
with  Nazi Germany. The fact that the US took German
technology and Germans to the US is also a known fact.
What's interesting to me, is not that Walt Disney was or was
not a Nazi sympathizer, but how entertainment and paranoia,
film, amusement, and so on, figures in GR and how that is a
reflection of how P was looking all these things going on
and how he brought them to his art.  

I can't  say much about the citations because I would need
to go look them up. But I think you are right, some of the
citations appear to be very solid and a lot of this is not
new so...but a source cited, a quotation provided, a law or
a  reference to previous court decision or record is one
thing, but it's what is built on that solid ground that is
another thing and that is what I am trying to call attention
to, that house-that-jack-built of marked cards and innuendo
that is called "The Unauthorized Biography." It's political
personality bashing or tabloid investigative reporting
disguised as alternative journalism or biography.  
 
US News & World did a fine job of reporting on the Harken
deal. 
Unfortunately, people think that we to call people a Nazi to
disqualify them from holding public office. We don't need to
say that W is a Nazi. We need to say that W
violated SEC code. That should have been reason enough to
disqualify him as a candidate for President. Of course, the
stupid argument that we would have to toss out most
of the Senate, including my own dears Hillary and Chuck, if
we disqualified people for SEC violations can be made by the
other side. And it has been, and it will be,  politics and
money without end,  Amen. 

That's what this is all about after all. Politics and
Money.  Not Nazis or Genocide or Eugenics  or I G Farben.
It's politics and money and it's obviously so. This story
about BBH is not new, it's very old. There are no new facts
in that "biography."   What's new is the fact that W is
President and Clinton/Gore is not and the silent party is
now screaming from the paper minarets about the illegal
bombings  that are killing the citizens of Iraq.

those that sit here in judgment."   Robert H. Jackson 

Of course one of those sitting in judgment was the US. 

The US cannot complain, as the Nazis might have, that no
precedent in International Law exists for  holding the
leaders of a Nation that violates the Laws of Aggression
responsible. Of course, the US is a triumphant Nation, not a
defeated one. And a triumphant Nation  may wrongly accuse
and corruptly convict. A triumphant Nation can also dispose
of the leaders or citizens of a vanquished state by other
means other than trial and the application of Law.
