rather than trying to read *against* it all the time if you're going to
attempt to work out what he's trying to say."  Well, them's might purty
words there, Mr. jbor, sir, but ... but even reading "*with*" you there,
I have absolutely no idea what you mean.  Reading Gravity's Rainbow in
light of, as exemplifying, as endorsing, even, an allegedly "postmodern"
relativism seemingly derived from a particular, peculiar reading of
Nietzsche and/or every "critical" and/or "theoretical" and/or "critical
theoretical" dissertation RKP/Methuen/Routledge ever published?  Again,
sir, seeing as you've apparently some special insight here the rest of
us so sorely lack, if you'd be so kind, do tell us, please, what IS
"*the author*" "getting at"?  Cards, table.  In the meantime, I'll be
happily continuing my archaeological excavations here.  "Am not Prince
jbor, nor was meant to be," alas ...
