Fishing with Dynamite

My dad did the same thing in the Pacific while engaged in a foreign 
exchange program associated with Parris Island Prep.....Said the 
fish were a welcome alternative to the local vegetables which tended 
to be fertilized with human waste.....This activity was NOT 
sanctioned by his superiors....
