Yeah, realize there's only one "s" to go around there,
but I'm willing to let it go around a couple of times.
Very good on the "fascist omen," there, by the way,
should have caught that one myself (I mean, I read
street signs and billboards backwards as a matter of
habit--thank God I don't have a car). Hollander might
have caught that one as well, can't remember, but all
this might well have been caught and thrown back
before even he managed to land any of it, so ...
That "near fop" accords well with both our (congruent,
I'd claim, by the way) readings of Benny Profane as a
parodic and/or anti-flaneur, given that as nearly

maybe not, but that sort of phoneme/grapheme play need
not be so, no? At any rate, it's interesting to note.
Again, very good.
And just when I was ready to drop a sample into the
mix myself, positing, albeit perhaps
anachronistically, "Whole Sick" = "holistic" in light
of recent musings on the "sickness" of the "Crew,"
Keith hits the decks and socks it to us with an indeed
useful, relevant, and just plain amusing
nigh-unto-certain source, I'd say. Nonviolent
agreement all around, then. Doubleplusgood. But ...
