D.C., British historian Ian Kershaw discusses his new book, Hitler:
1936-1945 Nemesis (Norton), the second volume of Kershaw's biography of
Adolf Hitler. Drawing on new primary sources, the book yields a portrait of
a megalomaniacal Hitler (re-airs Sunday, 11 p.m).
