No, he is proclaiming the authority of "God's law" over "Caesar's."  But 
Jesus actually granted to Caesar "his own," which specifically was TAXES.  
Ashcroft is both a Biblically and intellectually corrupt fundamentalist.  It 
IS possible to at least TRY to be otherwise.
